CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms and Conditions By booking with Instyle Nails, you acknowledge and agree to the following: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all clients, and it will not be returned under any circumstances. Clients can carry the deposit over once and must reschedule at least 5 business days before their service. Reschedules must be made within 2 weeks of current availability. If not possible, clients must fully cancel and pay a new deposit to re-book. Contact your esthetician via email (joanne.n.info@gmail.com) or text (NOT social media) for any service changes. Same-Day Cancellations or arriving 20 minutes late is considered a "no-show," resulting in a full service charge. Being more than 10 minutes late to a wax appointment requires a new deposit and rescheduling. Clients running late must communicate via text, pay for the booked service, and will receive the remaining time. Policies apply to clients with gift certificates. 3 Days or Less Re-scheduling Policy: . Within 3 days, a 25% re-booking fee applies. . Day-prior reschedules forfeit the deposit and require a new 50% deposit. . Same-day cancellations incur a 100% service charge. Instyle Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to these terms and conditions.
